The North Bay (plus much of East Bay and South Bay) is zone X.

All-Electric (XH) Summer Base = 9.3 Kwh/day. Winter = 16.7 kw/day.

Electric (w gas heat) (XB) Summer Base = 10.1 Kwh/day. Winter = 10.9

Most of the Northern California Coast is zone T.

All-Electric (TH) Summer Base = 8.3 Kwh/day. Winter = 14.9 Kwh /day.

Electric (w gas heating) (TB) Summer Base = 7.0 Kwh/day.  Winter = 8.5

The Eureka Coast is zone V.

All-Electric (VH) Summer Base = 13.6 Kwh/day. Winter = 26.6 kw/day.

Electric (w gas heat) (VB) Summer Base = 8.7 Kwh/day. Winter = 10.6

The Peripheral Inland (e.g., both Red Bluff and Fresno) is zone R.

All-Electric (RH) Summer Base = 18.8 Kwh/day. Winter = 29.8 Kwh /day.
